Srishida was an absolutely delight to have on our team. Not only was she the kindest and most positive person I’ve met, her depth of knowledge with email development and latest email trends is incredible. She was able to jump right in on projects without hesitation and helped take our emails to the next level by implementing dark mode, advanced interactivity, and additional accessibility. She was able to help solve any coding issue we ran into and was a huge help on building campaigns and updating all of our emails and templates with any changes that needed to be made. She also learned so much with Salesforce Marketing Cloud in a short time and figured out how we could be utilizing CloudPages more efficiently and created a strategy document of how we can use it for different projects. She will be extremely missed on our team as she is a rare find!

It's rare that you come across amazing talent like Srishida. I hired her as a Senior Email Developer in 2015 after hearing about her extensive email coding experience, specifically in responsible design, and within her first 2 months she had flawlessly and single-handedly transitioned 40+ of our email templates to responsive. I was always impressed by Srishida's keen attention to detail in her code - she worked tirelessly to fix any issue we had across all devices. She is also very creative and offered suggestions for how to make the ad-hoc and lifestyle campaigns better in brainstorms. When I first started working with Srishida at Delivery Agent, I was impressed by her ability to fix any email responsive design issue we were challenged with across multiple devices. She took initiative to learn and teach the email team how to code dynamic content into our emails. This included coding in videos, countdown clocks, social feeds and more. She kept up to date with the latest email trends and was always excited to implement new ideas. I worked with Srishida doing email marketing at ZOZI. She was very reliable, and a great team player who was always more than willing to help out, even when it was outside her normal responsibilities. While with us, she rebuilt all of our email templates to be mobile responsive, and was great at trouble shooting bugs and optimizing across devices. Overall, Srishida was an excellent team member with a great positive attitude that made working with her a delight.

Srishida is a hard worker and excellent communicator. I hired her to take over the development and maintenance marketing related of our website, including email and blog. She was able to understand what the marketing team desired and translate it into a delivered project, and it was consistently done on time.
